Attention customers/passengers: When booking your own flight, or if you purchase flights through the Cruise Line, make sure you give them your full name (First, Middle and last names) as shown on your passport. If you are planning to stay before or after the cruise, make sure you give them the correct arrival and departure dates. This is very important, once the flight is ticketed, any changes will be subject to a penalty fee. After you booked your flights, ask them to send you, your flight confirmation which should show your full names. |
Only those who booked their cruise or land tours with our agency (Velasco Travel Agency) are entitled to our organized private activities (such as Private Cocktail Party, Private Excursions, Luncheon, giveaways, etc.). This is our way of giving back to OUR customers. This has been our policy since the beginning and it will NOT change. NO EXCEPTION. 1/1/17 Starting August 15, 2010 we will charge $50 cancellation fee to cover administrative expenses on cancelled reservations. |
Some cruise lines require a group deposit to guarantee the cruise rates. Since it takes time to sell the cabins that we blocked at a group rate, our agency has to pay the group deposit. We fully understand that you want to use your credit card for the points/rewards/mileage, etc. However, we do not process credit cards at our agency, to avoid the high processing fee that bank charges. Your credit card goes straight to the Cruise Line/Tour Company. We ask our customers to pay a portion by check, to cover our agency deposit, and the rest on a credit card. This also applies to land tours. This is the only way we can continue to offer affordable cruises and tours to our customers. Thank you for your cooperation. |
